You aren't broken.
You’re just ready for what’s next.
Phase 1: Create Clarity (Weeks 1–4)
Focus: Grounding and Self-Honesty.
We’ll separate who you are from the old roles you've played. You'll learn to release the pressure of having it all figured out while creating the emotional steadiness needed to make real decisions.
Outcome:"I feel calmer, sleep better, and stop second-guessing my decisions."
Phase 2: Rebuild Self-Trust (Weeks 5–8)
Focus: Reclaiming Authorship.
We’ll redefine your identity based on values that actually matter at this stage of your life. We replace external validation with internal confidence, moving from "should" to "want."
Outcome:"I trust my own judgment again."
Phase 3: Design the Second Chapter (Weeks 9–12)
Focus: Intentional Living.
We create a realistic, values-based plan for your next 5–10 years. You’ll build sustainable routines that support your energy and start making decisions from alignment instead of fear.
Outcome:"I know exactly where I’m going and how to get there."
I work with people in midlife who are capable and thoughtful, yet find themselves in a season of uncertainty, when the life they’ve built no longer fits the way it once did.
My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience. In 2012, I survived a serious car accident that resulted in a traumatic brain injury and a 10-day coma. When I woke up, clarity was gone and my sense of direction had to be rebuilt slowly and intentionally. Through a long recovery process, I was able to regain my cognitive, emotional, and physical functioning — and rebuild my life from the inside out.
That experience deeply informs how I coach. I understand firsthand what it’s like to live with uncertainty, frustration, and not knowing — and how essential patience, self-trust, and steady support are during periods of transition.
Alongside this lived experience, I am formally trained and currently completing my PCC (Professional Certified Coach) certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). As I complete certification, my rates are intentionally lower than they will be once fully credentialed, offering a supportive entry point into this work.
My role is not to tell you who to become, but to create a calm, grounded space where you can reconnect with yourself and move forward with clarity and confidence.
(No risk, no pressure — just a real conversation to see if I can help.)
